As an Employer, you may create an account to represent your company or organization. You must have the authority to bind the entity you represent to these Terms. Multiple users from the same organization may have separate login credentials but should be associated with a single company profile.

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Website, or you may notify us that you wish to delete your account through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

5. Job Listings and Applications

5.1 Job Listings

Employers may post job listings on our Website subject to the following conditions:

• All job listings must be for genuine, current job openings.
• Job listings must include accurate information about the position, company, location, and requirements.
• Job listings must not contain discriminatory content or requirements based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other status protected by law.

6.2 Premium Services

We offer various premium subscription plans for Employers and enhanced services for Job Seekers. By purchasing a premium subscription or service, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.

6.3 Payment Terms

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices displayed include applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or other payment methods we may offer.

6.4 Subscription Renewal

Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

6.5 Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed if requested on the same day the payment was made. After the day of payment, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing a subscription or premium service, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
